The NHA program is a forgivable loan up to a maximum of $10,000.00 that is to be used for major repairs to an owner/occupied home located within a designated neighbourhood. Currently, low to moderate income homeowners within the following five neighbourhoods can apply for NHA: Lord Selkirk Park, Point Douglas, Spence, West Broadway, and William Whyte.
